Do I need a ticket to watch?
Most tournaments charge spectator admission. Buy online ahead of time or scan the QR code on the signs at the gate. Free events say so on their event page.
Are kids free?
Children under 7 get in free. Youth (7–17) and seniors (65+) pay the reduced day-pass price.
When do gates open?
Gates open 2 hours before the first game (90 minutes before for slowpitch events). Each event page lists that event's gate times and which gates are open.
How do I get my tickets?
Right after checkout you get an email, and a text if you asked for one, with a QR code for each ticket. Staff scan it at the gate. Lost them? Use Find my tickets on the Tickets page and we will resend them.
What happens if it rains?
Every field is turf and drains quickly, so rain usually means a short delay. Play stops for lightning within 8 miles and resumes 30 minutes after the last strike.
Can I bring a cooler?
Spectator coolers are for water only, and no glass. Concessions are open at every field cluster.
Teams get one team cooler, water only. The coach receives one cooler band per team at check-in to put on the team cooler.
Do bags need to be clear?
No. Bags do not need to be clear. Staff may check bags at the gate.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is on site off Stadium Parkway. Arrive early on Saturday mornings.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Keep your ticket handy so staff can scan you back in.
How do I rent a field?
Use the Rentals page to pick a field and time, see your price and pay a deposit online. Staff confirm within one business day.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Leashed pets are welcome at the complex, not just service animals. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times and off the fields.
Clean up after your pet. Pet waste stations are set up around the complex, sponsored by VEG ER for Pets.
How do teams register and check in?
Team registration, check-in, brackets and schedules all run through USSSA. Open the tournament on usssa.com or in the USSSA app for check-in times and details, or contact the event director listed there. For complex questions, call (800) 741-3014.
Is there WiFi at the complex?
