Complex policies
What to expect at the gate, in the stands and on the field.
Tickets & refunds
- All ticket sales are final unless the complex cancels the event.
- Weather delays do not qualify for refunds. If an event is cancelled before play starts, tickets are refunded to the original card.
- Each QR code admits one person per day and cannot be shared or resold.
Bags & coolers
- Bags do not need to be clear. Bags may be checked at the gate.
- Spectator coolers are for water only. No glass containers.
- Teams get one team cooler (water only). The coach receives one cooler band per team at check-in.
Weather & lightning
- Play is suspended when lightning is detected within 8 miles.
- Play resumes 30 minutes after the last strike. Shelter in vehicles or covered buildings.
- Turf fields are usually playable shortly after the rain stops.
Conduct
- The USSSA code of conduct applies to players, coaches and spectators.
- Abusive language toward umpires, staff or other spectators can lead to removal without a refund.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the complex.
Prohibited items
- Not allowed: glass, weapons and drones. Alcohol is not permitted.
- Leashed pets are welcome. Clean up after your pet at the waste stations sponsored by VEG ER for Pets.
- Pop-up tents only in designated areas behind field fences.
Field rentals
- A deposit holds your booking. The balance is due 48 hours before the rental.
- Cancellations more than 7 days out are refunded in full minus processing fees.
- Metal cleats are not allowed on turf fields.
